These Raw Brownie Truffles are such a simple & good-for-you fudgy snack. As an added bonus, these are gluten-free, refined sugar-free and, of course, raw vegan.

Two things: 1. Chocolate is my weakness, and 2. It’s currently insanely hot in Puerto Rico, which makes me not want to turn on the oven, EVER. Which is why I’m currently sticking to simple foods and desserts, you know the ones where you don’t have to spend more than 20 minutes in the kitchen; just like these Raw Brownie Truffles. These are definitely a game-changer when it comes to no-bake desserts. All you need is a food processor, dates, cacao powder, avocado, chia seeds, rolled oats and your favorite toppings, like coconut shreds, cacao powder & pistachios.
