Check out these Vegan Black Widow Mini Pizzas that are quick & fun to make, perfect for your Halloween Event!
Vegan | Gluten-free | Soy-free
Can you believe it’s the last week of October? I think I’ve said this before, I absolutely love Halloween! Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to enjoy it at all this year, as I’m taking my Grad School Comprehensive Exams this week, and all I’ve been doing since August is study. That’s why I’ve been MIA on social media.
However, this hasn’t stopped me from getting creative in the kitchen with spooky recipes. This week you get to make Halloween themed pizza! Create these Vegan Black Widow Mini Pizzas for your upcoming Halloween event. They’re super fun to make, so make sure you involve your friends & family when making these.
To make these, you’ll only need four ingredients. First choose your base: pizza dough, english muffins, bread, pita, etc. Then you’ll need marinara sauce, vegan shredded mozzarella, and large pitted black olives. Make each pizza as you normally would and assemble with the sliced olives; use a round cookie cutter to have perfect round pizzas, & each spider should have 1 head, 1 body, and 8 legs.
Notes:
- You can make these ahead of time, and warm up in the oven.
- Leftovers? Store in an airtight container for about 2-4 days.
- Use the leftover bread pieces to make croutons.
