Have a very vegan Valentine’s Day with great homemade vegan recipes that are bound to amaze your loved ones this year.

Hi Everyone! I’m so excited to be back on the blog with a recipe round-up!
Tis’ the season to cuddle up with the ones you love, and do it with some great food. However, this year Valentine’s Day falls on a Monday; which means that for most of us vegans/plant-based eaters our already limited dining options will be reduced even more since most restaurants will be closed.
But fear not, you can have an incredible homemade (better-than-restaurant-quality) Valentine’s dinner with a bit of planning, and some work. It will definitely be a lot cheaper, and less crowded.
Wouldn’t you agree that we can do much better at home? I’ve rounded up some of the recipes that I believe will be great options for you to cook for your Valentine’s Day gathering.
